Packing Material

The Packing Material offers a range of advantages that make it suitable for various industrial applications. Key characteristics include:

  • Lightweight: Easy to handle and install.
  • High Capacity: Efficient in terms of volume utilization.
  • Low Pressure Drop: Ensures minimal resistance to gas and liquid flow.
  • Large Specific Surface Area: Enhances mass transfer efficiency.
  • Easy Replacement: Simplifies maintenance processes.

The packing material is heat resistant up to 100°C for Polypropylene (PP) and 150°C for Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). To optimize mass transfer efficiency, the packing sheets can be perforated with small holes. If high separation requirements are not essential, perforation may be omitted to increase sheet stiffness.

Applications:

This packing is primarily used in absorption and desorption unit operations. It is particularly effective in processes involving:

  • High Liquid Loading and Pressure: Such as in hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid industries.
  • Stripping of Gases: Including CO₂ and H₂S in natural gas applications.
  • Chlorine Gas Drying and Ammonia Preparation: For efficient handling and purification.
  • Purification Treatment of Waste Gases: Effective in reducing harmful emissions.

How We Work - Our Commitments

Each commitment carries a condition and a remedy. A promise without conditions is marketing.

Commitment:

A written sourcing report within 48 hours of a complete requirement brief.

Conditions:

Requires machine type or output target, destination country, and timeline. Custom or multi-line projects may take longer – we tell you upfront.

Remedy:

If we cannot meet it, you receive an interim response with a firm date –
not silence.

Commitment:

Third-party pre-shipment inspection – SGS or BV – before balance payment is released.

Conditions:

Included as standard on production-line projects. Available on request for single machines. Scope agreed in writing before booking.

Remedy:

If inspection fails against the agreed specification, shipment does not release until corrected or you approve a deviation in writing.

Commitment:

Complete export document pack – commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and destination-specific conformity documents.

Conditions:

Destination conformity regimes (CE, EAC, SABER/SASO, PVOC, SONCAP) vary and change. We confirm the applicable route per project before contract.

Remedy:

If a document we are responsible for causes a customs hold, we resolve it and carry the correction cost.

Commitment:

12-month equipment warranty with a named responsible contact and a written spare-parts dispatch commitment.

Conditions:

Covers manufacturing defects under normal operation and specified maintenance. Wear parts and consumables excluded.

Remedy:

Dispatch window and remedy – details to be confirmed. Contact us for project-specific warranty terms.
