YUXINGCORP PTE. LTD. (UEN 202519429N) (“YuxingCorp”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through yuxingcorp.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you enter: your name, company or organisation, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country or region, the solution you are interested in, and the project requirements you describe. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep the messages and contact details you share with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and time spent on them. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 4).
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to include it in your enquiry.
2. How we use it
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals, quotations and procurement reports;
- communicate with you about your project, supply contracts, shipments and after-sales support;
- keep records of our business dealings;
- understand how visitors use our website so that we can improve it;
- protect our website against fraud, spam and security threats; and
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above:
- Our team. Our staff in Singapore and China, who handle enquiries, engineering and supply.
- Manufacturing and logistics partners. Where you ask us to source equipment or materials, we may share the project details needed to prepare a quotation or deliver your order. We share only what the task requires.
- Service providers. Companies that provide our website hosting, security, email and analytics services. They process data on our behalf and only under our instructions.
- Authorities. Where required by law.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies — small files stored in your browser. We use:
- Necessary cookies, which the website needs to work and stay secure;
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, which tell us in aggregate how visitors find and use our site; and
- Advertising cookies from LinkedIn (the LinkedIn Insight Tag) and Google Ads, which help us measure how our advertising performs and show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can manage these in your LinkedIn and Google ad settings.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your use of the site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Transfers outside Singapore
Our team works in Singapore and China, and our service providers may store data on servers in other countries. When we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and business records for as long as our business relationship continues and for three years after it ends, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Your rights
You may:
- ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
- ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; and
- withdraw your consent for us to use your personal data. We will explain the likely consequences before acting on it — for example, we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry.
To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer (section 10). We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you when to expect our reply.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
