This machine separates silicone, rubber and other elastic pieces from mixed broken plastics by their elasticity and friction. It is a purely physical process inside a closed sorting chamber.

Where it goes in the line
After crushing and washing, ahead of electrostatic separation, so that elastic materials are removed before the plastics are separated by type.
How to choose
Use it when your mixed plastic contains silicone, rubber or other elastic pieces, for example crushed appliance, vehicle or toy plastics. Match the capacity to the line output and tell us the flake size after crushing, as sorting works best on evenly crushed material.
What to send for a quotation
Send the material (PE, PP, ABS, PET and so on), the target output in kg/h, the machines before and after this unit, the space available and your power supply (voltage and frequency). Photos of the current line help if you are adding to it.

Remedy:
If we cannot meet it, you receive an interim response with a firm date –
not silence.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection

Third-party pre-shipment inspection – SGS or BV – before balance payment is released.
Conditions:
Included as standard on production-line projects. Available on request for single machines. Scope agreed in writing before booking.
Remedy:
If inspection fails against the agreed specification, shipment does not release until corrected or you approve a deviation in writing.
- Export Documentation
Commitment:
Complete export document pack – commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and destination-specific conformity documents.
Conditions:
Destination conformity regimes (CE, EAC, SABER/SASO, PVOC, SONCAP) vary and change. We confirm the applicable route per project before contract.
Remedy:
If a document we are responsible for causes a customs hold, we resolve it and carry the correction cost.

Commitment:
12-month equipment warranty with a named responsible contact and a written spare-parts dispatch commitment.
Conditions:
Covers manufacturing defects under normal operation and specified maintenance. Wear parts and consumables excluded.
Remedy:
