Main Features:

  • Knuckle-Type Press Design
This press maximizes the advantages of its knuckle mechanism, offering high rigidity, precision, and effective heat management.

  • Complete Counterbalance System
Fitted with a comprehensive counterbalance system, it minimizes die height shifts caused by changes in stamping speed, reducing the bottom dead point variation between the first and second stampings.

  • Balanced Force Distribution
Utilizes a balanced force mechanism with an eight-sided needle bearing guide, enhancing the slider’s ability to handle eccentric loads efficiently.

  • Long-Lasting, Quiet Clutch Brake
Equipped with a durable, low-noise, non-backlash clutch brake, providing quieter press operations. The bolster dimensions are 1100mm for the 60-ton model and 1500mm for the 80-ton model, making them the widest bolsters in their respective tonnage categories.

  • Servo-Controlled Die Height Adjustment
Featuring servo-controlled die height adjustment with memory functions, it significantly reduces mold change time and boosts production efficiency.

Common Causes of Injury in Punch Press Operations:

  1. Operator Fatigue and Mistakes: Mental exhaustion, lack of attention, or errors made by the operator.

  2. Complicated Die Design: Unreasonable die structure leading to complex operations, causing the operator’s arm to remain in the die area for an extended period.

  3. Premature Activation: The press slider activates while the operator’s arm is still within the die area of the 60-Ton Knuckle-Type High-Speed Stamping Press.

  4. Improper Coordination with Foot Pedals: When multiple operators are involved, using a foot pedal to control the press can lead to uncoordinated hand and foot movements, increasing the risk of accidents.

  5. Lack of Supervision: In multi-operator settings, one person may control the slider’s movement while failing to properly monitor the actions of other operators.

  6. Accidental Machine Start: When adjusting the die, if the machine motor remains running, unexpected starts can occur, leading to accidents.

  7. Mechanical or Electrical Failure: Malfunctions within the 60-Ton Knuckle-Type High-Speed Stamping Press can result in uncontrollable slider movements.

Key Management Failures Leading to Punch Press Injuries

  1. Untrained Operators: Workers operating the 60-Ton Knuckle-Type High-Speed Stamping Press without proper training or certification.

  2. Non-compliance with Safety Procedures: Performing tasks without following proper operational guidelines.

  3. Lack of Safety Devices: The press is operated without essential safety mechanisms in place.

  4. Equipment Neglect: The press is in poor repair and not properly maintained.

  5. Unused Safety Devices: Safety mechanisms are present but not activated during operation.

How We Work - Our Commitments

Each commitment carries a condition and a remedy. A promise without conditions is marketing.

Commitment:

A written sourcing report within 48 hours of a complete requirement brief.

Conditions:

Requires machine type or output target, destination country, and timeline. Custom or multi-line projects may take longer – we tell you upfront.

Remedy:

If we cannot meet it, you receive an interim response with a firm date –
not silence.

Commitment:

Third-party pre-shipment inspection – SGS or BV – before balance payment is released.

Conditions:

Included as standard on production-line projects. Available on request for single machines. Scope agreed in writing before booking.

Remedy:

If inspection fails against the agreed specification, shipment does not release until corrected or you approve a deviation in writing.

Commitment:

Complete export document pack – commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and destination-specific conformity documents.

Conditions:

Destination conformity regimes (CE, EAC, SABER/SASO, PVOC, SONCAP) vary and change. We confirm the applicable route per project before contract.

Remedy:

If a document we are responsible for causes a customs hold, we resolve it and carry the correction cost.

Commitment:

12-month equipment warranty with a named responsible contact and a written spare-parts dispatch commitment.

Conditions:

Covers manufacturing defects under normal operation and specified maintenance. Wear parts and consumables excluded.

Remedy:

Dispatch window and remedy – details to be confirmed. Contact us for project-specific warranty terms.
