Hollow Core Concrete Wall Panel Production Line
Lines for lightweight hollow core partition panels cast in group moulds — and extrusion lines for concrete hollow-core slabs for floors and walls.
Hollow Core Concrete Wall Panel Lines We Supply
Hollow Core Wall Panel Production Lines: Two Routes
Two routes, two products. Most buyers asking for hollow wall panels want lightweight partition panels, so that is the line we lead with. Extruded hollow-core slabs are our second line, for floors and walls.
Lightweight Hollow Core Partition Panels: Group Mould Line
Batching and mixing → casting into group moulds → curing → core pulling and demoulding → stacking and storage.
Lightweight concrete is cast into horizontal or vertical group moulds. Core tubes in the moulds form the hollow cores; after curing they are pulled out and the panels are demoulded. A group-mould line typically produces 200,000–500,000 m² of panel a year.
- Foam concrete panels — our lead product. The raw materials are cement, sand and a foaming agent, available in any country, and group-mould lines for foam concrete panels are the most mature.
- Ceramsite aggregate panels — for higher strength, where expanded clay aggregate is available locally.
- Glass-fibre reinforced cement (GRC) panels can also be made, though they are an older, more manual product.
- Typical size: 3 m long, 600 mm wide
- Thickness: 60–200 mm, adjustable
- For partition walls in residential and commercial buildings
Standards. In China, non-load-bearing lightweight partition panels are covered by GB/T 23451-2023, Lightweight panels for partition wall used in buildings. Tell us the standard and fire or acoustic ratings your market requires.
Extruded Concrete Hollow-Core Slabs
A slab extruder forms concrete hollow-core slabs continuously along a casting bed, and the slabs are then sawn to length. They can be made as prestressed slabs for floors and roofs, or used as wall panels.
- Width: 600 or 1200 mm
- Thickness: 70–420 mm
- Prestressed slabs available
Standards. EN 1168 (Europe) covers precast hollow core slabs of prestressed or reinforced concrete, mainly for floors and roofs.
Capacity, Site and Project Timeline
- Delivery: about 3–5 months
- Installation and commissioning: usually 3 engineers on site for 2–3 months
- Site: about 0.7–1.3 ha (10–20 mu) for a group-mould line; 1.0–1.7 ha (15–25 mu) for an extrusion line
These are typical figures; your output, products and site decide the final configuration and schedule.
Which Route Fits Your Market
Partition panels suit producers supplying residential and commercial interiors, where fast installation matters. Hollow-core slabs suit precast plants supplying floors and structural walls. Tell us which products your market buys and we will recommend the line.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which hollow wall panel line do you recommend?
For partition walls, the group-mould line for lightweight hollow core panels — it is what most buyers mean by hollow wall panels. For floors and structural walls, the extruded hollow-core slab line.
What panel sizes can be made?
Partition panels are typically 3 m long and 600 mm wide, 60–200 mm thick. Extruded slabs are 600 or 1200 mm wide and 70–420 mm thick.
Which core materials can be used?
We lead with foam concrete — cement, sand and foaming agent, available anywhere. Ceramsite aggregate panels give higher strength where expanded clay is available locally. GRC panels are possible but are an older, more manual product.
Can the extruded line make prestressed floor slabs?
Yes. Extruded hollow-core slabs can be made as prestressed slabs for floors and roofs.
What output can a line reach?
A group-mould partition panel line typically produces 200,000–500,000 m² a year. Extrusion lines are sized separately.
How long does a project take, and who do you send?
Delivery takes about 3–5 months. We usually send 3 engineers for 2–3 months of installation and commissioning.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Which products you plan to make, panel sizes, target output, locally available materials, project location and planned timeline.
